Orders can be placed over the phone, e-mail, fax or US Mail. The information required is:

1. Name and shipping address.
2. Date required.
3. Products desired.
4. All product details.
5. Payment information ~ we accept Visa and MasterCard.

If you are e-mailing electronic files, we prefer CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, JPGs, GIFs, TIFs or BMPs.

An artwork proof will be e-mailed for your approval at no charge. We require approval prior to beginning production.

Burgees & Sailplans

We have an extensive collection of burgees and sailplans. If your burgee is not listed, please check with us as the list grows weekly. If we need to create your burgee, we will do so at no additional charge.

If we do not have your sailplan, again check with us as we add new boats on a regular basis. If we have to create your sailplan, we charge $10.00 per sailplan creation.

How long will it take to complete your order?

Our normal production cycle takes 2-3 weeks. The size and complexity of your order as well as our work load will determine the ship date.
The 2-3 week time frame is necessary to allow for receipt of items from our suppliers if we do not have it in stock and the time to produce the finished product. If you need your order to ship sooner than the 2-3 week timeframe, check with us as we can usually accommodate your requirement. We do not have rush charges but if we have to use expedited shipping in from our supplier and out to you, we will add the extra freight charges to your invoice.
